Project Saksham
Skill Development Programme
#SkillToEmpower
TU CIBIL launched a skill development initiative, Project Saksham, for community youth from low-income groups who struggle to continue their education or enter the job market due to lack of skills or opportunities. The initiative supports skill centers in tier 1 and tier 2 locations in Maharashtra, providing training in employable courses within the BFSI sector, focusing on industry-specific and soft skills. We aim to facilitate employment access and financial independence for these youth, empowering them to support themselves and their families.
Skill Development Process
Under Project Saksham, TransUnion CIBIL set up Skill Development Academies to create economic independence amongst youth coming from under-resourced communities. The following is the implementation process of this project.
