Skill Development Programme

TU CIBIL implemented a skill development initiative, Programme Udyog for community youth from low-income groups who struggle to continue their education or enter the job market due to lack of skills or opportunities. The initiative supported skill centers across locations in Maharashtra, providing training in employable courses like BFSI sector, the General Duty Assistant (GDA) course which equip trainees with essential healthcare support skills, enabling them to secure entry‑level jobs in hospitals, clinics, and home‑care services focusing on industry-specific and soft skills. We aim to facilitate employment access and financial independence for these young individuals, empowering them to support themselves and their families.
Skill Development Process
Under Programme Udyog, TransUnion CIBIL set up Skill Development Academies to create economic independence amongst youth coming from under-resourced communities. The following is the implementation process of this programme.
